Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at shop@premiumdarts.co.uk. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Premium Darts 99 Slateford Road, Edinburgh EH11 1QY.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Returns And Refunds policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not you can return the product to us following the instructions below, and we’ll exchange or refund your payment to the credit or debit card of the person who originally placed and paid for the order. Please see below for products excluded from this policy.

Under Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, if you buy online or by phone, your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund if you request one in writing within 14 working days of receipt. This includes any delivery charge for faulty or damaged goods, but excludes the products listed as exceptions below.

Terms & conditions

If you’re unhappy with your purchase, please let us know, we’d like this to be within 30 days of purchase, the buyer must pay for any return costs unless the product is damaged or faulty. We will arrange to pick it up.

If you return your item to our shop and you’d like a refund but don’t have your receipt, order confirmation or delivery note, we’ll give you a gift card to the value of the current selling price. Ordinarily if you have your receipt or delivery note we’ll refund the original debit, credit or charge card used to purchase.

Damaged or wrong goods
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us with in 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will then arrange for the item to be returned and exchanged or re funded.

Please Note: You are responsible for covering the shipping expenses when returning your item unless the item was received damaged or the wrong item as these costs are not refundable. If a refund is issued, the amount will be reduced by the cost of return shipping.

It’s important that any unwanted item, unless faulty, is returned in a re-saleable condition. We’d expect this to mean that you’ve kept all original packaging and labels, and that it’s undamaged and unused or altered in any way.

We’ll refund any delivery charges you’ve paid if you return an entire order (UK orders only).

Products we’re unable to cancel, refund or exchange.

Were we can’t offer refunds or exchanges

unless faulty or not as described, on the following items:

  • products which have been personalised for you.
  • made to order products.
  • Altered in anyway.
  • Any item not in its original condition
  • Any item that is damaged
  • Any item missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

We’re unable to accept cancellations for orders that have been shiped.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Returning Goods

Goods can be returned as long as:

  • You can package it in its original box & packaging
  • The product is still in its original condition and has not been altered in any way
  • Any region classed as outside UK Mainland please contact us for return costs

 

Once the  product is returned to me then I will arrange a full refund or replacement for you if all conditions are met.
